In today's advance electronic era, gadgets, computers cellphones and other electronic devices are very abundant. Everybody have either one or two gadgets. These gadgets makes people do what they want, they can do their work, listen to music, watch movie, research, search the net and so on. But the most popular this to do in this era is the gaming. These makes people enjoy play games for hours and burn time if they wanted to. Almost all popular games today is being played in hand held consoles. So you may ask, what are the top Hand held gaming consoles of all time? I think, this list is the top 5 hand held gaming console of all time.

1. Game Boy- Released by Nintendo designed by Gunpei Yokoi had also been responsible for the Game & Watch system. With its game such as the Tetris, Game boy was an immediate hit. By the end of the year from the release of Tetris, more than a million units were sold, and 25 million were sold by 1992. Game Boy Color belong in this category because the only difference in the orginal Game boy is the Color.

2. Game Boy Advance - Nintendo released the Game Boy Advance (GBA or AGB), which added two shoulder buttons, a larger screen, and more computing power to the Game Boy Color. In this GBA Colsole, Nintendo introduces a connectivity feature which let two different user play the game at the same time.

3. N-Gage - Release by Nokia, a cellphone company. The N-Gage was designed as a combination MP3 player, cellphone, PDA, radio, and gaming device. All in one piece. The only problem in this hand held console is that when you talk to the other side of the line as a cellphone, you place the phone speaker and receiver on an edge of the device instead of one of the flat sides. It will look as if you are just listening to a mini cassette player.

4. Nintendo DS and DSi - The Nintendo DS was released in November 2004. The feature of the DS are the incorporation of two screens, a touchscreen, wireless connectivity, and a microphone port. The DS features a clamshell design, with the two screens aligned vertically on either side of the hinge. Nintendo announced the Nintendo DSi, with larger, 3.25 inch screens and two integrated cameras. It will have an SD card storage slot in place of the Game Boy Advance slot, plus internal flash memory for storing downloaded games.

5. PlayStation Portable or PSP - features four face buttons with the distinctive PlayStation symbols, a directional pad, two shoulder buttons and several hardware control buttons along the bottom of the console's face. The PSP has a single analog control in the form of an "analog pad": a small plastic circle which can slide along the plane of the console's front panel. The PSP's screen is often considered one of its most obvious hardware advantages, an unusually large 4.3 inch (11 cm) widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio) LCD. Unlike previous handheld games, PSP games are stored on UMD optical discs rather than a solid-state medium. In terms of hardware connectivity, the PSP supports Wi-Fi for multiplayer gaming both locally and over the Internet, as well as a standard four-pin USB connector on the top edge of the console.
